I got the finger print notice, and finger prints will be taken today. In the letter it says if you are Naturalization applicants then bring the Alien Registration Card. What is Alien Registration Card, Is it is a Green Card? Please confirm

Yes, Alien Registration Card (ARC) is Green Card

That is correct. No other documents are needed for FP appointment besides GC and FP letter.
