Alien (A) Number?

Hello,
I'm applying GC through marriage. I'm currently holding a H1B visa status.
Does someone with an H1B visa has an "A Number"?
I'm completing Form G-325A and it asked for "File Number A"

no i guess. its only after you apply for green card

Don't put any. I also was OPT --> H1, and I didn't put any (and regarding your other post I used my OPT data on 765 form).

I just got a copy of the H1B application filed by my employer, and the form indicated my A#.
In this case, should I add my A# in all my GC application forms? or list as N/A? or list as "None"?

Help...

Just leave it blank. They'll figure that out.
