Alexandra, VA Fingerprint Phone Number needed

I did my fingerprints 3 weeks back and FBI still has not received them. Does anyone have the phone number for Alexandria VA FP office and know if they take enquiries over the phone?

Do we have to wait for 2nd FP notice Or just walk-in to DO and do finger prints just like that - pl clarify

Just walkin with your original FP notice, no need to wait for a new one. See this post for more details of my 2nd FP experience.

I did my 2nd FP's today, I had to explain them about the glitch, then they let me do the f.prints again.
