What are the docs they ask for ? Do I need an appointment ? Any particular day of the wk.(INS web site says only on Tuesdays) ? Do I need to take photograps ?? Thanks.
I do not know if you need an appointment but my employer did arrange it for me. Photo will be arranged by the INS local office. Why don\'t you go there and check it out. Remember, you can go to local office 90 days after the receipt date. This requirement is clearly described on the EAD application form.
