Airport Transit visa!!!

Hi,

I am going to travel from India to US on 30th,dec2004 via delta with a layover in Paris. I have a valid US visa stamp in my passport till feb 2006. But my layover in Paris is for about 7.5-8 Hours.

Do i need to get a airport transit visa?

I don't know if the laws in France have changed since 9/11. But the old rule was that if you didn't get out of the airport, you didn't need a transit visa. But I would check with the French consulate to make sure.

u need NO transit visa for france if u r Indian citizen...check french website for details.
