Airport Entry Stamp - Incorrect Date by Agent

Hi

I have a valid TN status until 8th Feb 2021

I have traveled to India recently and returned to US on Feb 9th 2020. However, I noticed that the agent stamped arrival date as 9th Feb and wrote under that TN valid under 8th Feb 2020 instead of 8th Feb 2021. She looked at the I-94 attached to the passport, but by mistake instead of 8th Feb 2021, she wrote as 8th Feb 2020. However, she did write 8th Feb 2021 for my wife and kid for their TD statuses.

Since the I-94 and the system has the correct dates, do I need to worry about this?

Thanks

Looks like a typo on your passport stamp. As long as the online I-94 system shows the correct date, you should be fine. https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/home
You could go back to the airport CBP office and have them correct the typo, or ask over the phone if that is necessary.

Thanks Amberleaf

I did go back to CBP Deferred office in Ohare Intl Airport, Chicago. They said, they stopped correcting I-94s or arrival stamp dates. Instead, they gave me an email ID to send scanned copies of I94, arrival stamp and bio page of passport.

The officer did mention that since the date on I94 is correct, the date on the stamp is a typo, nothing to worry much

I checked I-94 online, it showed recent entry as 9th Feb 2020 and Admit Until 8th Feb 2021 (which is as per my I94)
