AILA Report: NSC jumps to 12/01/04

correct me if I am wrong!
As the dates have moved to december 2004.
Does that mean if anybody is expecting RFE (for pre dec2004 cases) it should come in this period.I guess its only approval which will get delayed for retrogrssed countries.
 
Theoretically, they should be processing all cases from before December 2004, and only issuing approvals for people with current priority date. So, I would think they would issue an RFE for your case if needed. What I just said is in theory, and we all know that reality can be completely different :D
