I am never going to support AILA ever again. I think they were one of the major causes in the breakup of the legislation. I dont know, but last couple of days I have been getting mails from senators and congressmen about "my views on H1 and L1". WTF!, I never did send any mails on these matters. I remember I did that once from AILA site - and that was more than a month ago (almost 2).
I believe AILA hijacked our struggle and only highlighted H1 provisions (I remember that the PR portion of the mail from AILA was just an afterthought). We being desperate for GC rulings support AILA's proxy mails - I think we should stop doing that at once.
