Agreement of the companies

Hi,
Please let me know urgently if any company do the agreement in INDIA on letter pad of USA that when H1b will be stamp after that Consultant has to stay with company 12 months and if Consultant leave the Company before 12 months then Consultant has to pay the fixed amount e.g. $15000. If the Consultant will not pay this amount then company will file case against Consultant. Please let me know whether Companies are filing such kind of cases or not. whether it is advisable to leave the company before time and don't give the amount.

If you agree and sign any agreement, you are binding to that agreement.

SO, if you do not agree anything , please do not sign any agreement and look out another job.
