Well as some of you may know, yesterday I was halfway denied because I aged out during the process. My attorney argued that we had filed before my 21st B-day. My priority date was Sept 22. I aged out in November.
The interviewer told us that he could'nt make a decision just yet, until he talked to his supervisor about it. But to my understanding, I'am protected by the CSPA. I filed before i aged out, so there was no reason why I was half-way denied. Plus there was a visa available for me. I dont know what to think anymore, any advice, my lawyer talked about some trial. But I dont know.
