Age requirement....can someone help asap!!!!

I am a USC filing fo rmy wife and I am 19 years old will be twenty in November...Is it true that USCIS will not process my wife's documents until I am 21 years old and that I will not be reimbursed if I make any payments if I still submit the forms??

I was about to send off the forms when I got this information..can anyone please help??

as soon as you are legally married and your marriage is bonafide you are good to go... how old is your wife?
