Sep 22 06 field i-130 , i-485
Oct 18 06 FP
Dec 13 06 interview nothing stamped
dec 19 06 PD approved
dec 26 06 PD arrived
dec 27 EAD approced

NO info about I-130 at all .. what should i do , do u think info pass will help or still early

It has not been enough time yet, given the holidays. Most people who were interviewed and approved in December are waiting for the welcome notices and green cards. A few (those who were interviewed in the 1st week) seem to have gotten theirs. It is hard to say. Just be patient ;)

I had to wait a couple of months after my interview to get my green card, and I was told that everything was fine and I was approved. I agree with NeShawn, its too early to start doing infopasses and the like.

BTW - my I-130 never got updated, on the online case status it's still listed as "pending", despite the fact I have my green card.

Write letters...

mal,

If I were in your shoes, I will write one letter each month to inquire about your status. In most cases, name check is cleared by FBI and send back to USCIS. However, USCIS officers don't know it and don't bother to check. So, your continued writing forces them to look though your case each time they receive your letter, who knows, check to see if your name check has been cleared and probably approved you... :D Moreover, ensure that you send the orinigal letter to MO and copy the DO, so that each office can initiate its own checks to see if you can't be helped.... :p

Info pass will be a waste of time for now, send a piece of paper called Mr. Letter. He will do more work for you, and can actually carry you the ball near the goal posts. When dealing with bureaucracy, anyone for that matter, patience is a virtue, but in this case, it becomes a virtue extraordinairre.. :o

Remember, you can't rush a bureaucracy, or rush it as your own peril

Hey Buddy

I have the same dates as yours i have been sent a letter for more evidence, all those unwanted evidence as my account in birth country, previous jobs in birth country and my wife's travel to my birth country... Trust me everyone here is in mess for nothing. they make easiet case the most complex one, it just you have to do phd on paper work before u send them :p

Where do you write to about your case. I have called USCIS for last two months and they have given me reference #. However, after 60 - 90 days, haven't recieved anything from them in mail or online.

I am thinking of trying the senator. Currently I am stuck in the namecheck since a year.
