after RFE Respose...

Not expected after RFE Respose...Please read..

Today my spouse received 3rd FP notice in mail. It is scheduled for 2/22/05.
Online message shows the same old message of "Received your response..."

We had our 2nd FP in august 2004.

If you check my signature, it shows good LUD changes after RFE Response.
Is this a positive move? I am affraid as it will delay the process for one more month.

Should my spouse go for EARLY FP? He will be going to Newark. Any suggestion for best time for EARLY FP?

Do you think, I will also get the FP3 notice?

Pl. share your views and knowledge.

I Think, this is a good sign. If you see rupnet, people who got RFE during Dec 04 0r Jan 05 or FP in Dec 04/Jan 05 are getting approved (irrelevent of Receipt date). If you consider this logic, your case should be fine.

I am assuming that you are the primary applicant.

Since you did not get FP3, it is quite possible that you will get approved in the last week of Feb (that is, after abt 4 weeks from when the RFE response was received by CIS). That is the usual trend. So, I think you should start hoping that you wont get an FP3 notice. :) And, then hope for an approval sometime towards the end of this month.

No downside of doing early FP

we did a month early than the scheduled and at a different center than advised on NOTICE.

In understood from your signature that you got e-mail only for your daughter. Am I right?

Now, we won't think of early FP. I hope words of Rajay_Ind and hakoonamataata come true.

In fact, there is nothing pending in my case. FBI name check is also done. I did not check for 'FBI name check' of my spouse. I will do that now.

We are so tired now. We are just stretching ourselves each day and today after geting FP3 notice, we just lost the hope.

Because of your positive reply, we got some energy to pass few more miles on road of GC process.

All members here have been very supportive.
