After Rfe How Much Longer???

Does any of you have experiences or ideas of how much longer after you submit the request for evidence?

I applied Jan 18th I-485
FP done Feb 22nd
nothing for 7 months!!!!
their RFE sent to me on AUG 11th, for Medical and I602 waiver HIV+
I sent all back with Approval from department of Public health on AUG 14th over night

LUD on AUG 15th!!!! THAT WAS FAST!!!!! :)
New message says "We received the RFE and you should exepect a decisition within 60 days!!! unless you need FP" Is that tue?????

I have the FP done 7 months ago so I don't think they need to do that again!


OMG does that means that my GC is finally closer than ever?

Please any inputs are appreciated
 
It's up to them.

They have received my request for evidence since 2 years. The 60 days is a template message that doesn't mean anything on the exact time when your case will be processed.
 
My case was approved a few days after they got my RFE response (see signature). That only applies if your priority date is current, of course.

Yeah I am in the same processing time than you, I applied Jan 18th and I had FP and all backgrounds checks cleared so I am hoping that they approve mine soon too since there's a LUD already in my case as of AUG 15th2008 so let's see I will keep you all posted
