After responding to EVL RFE on I485, I see an LUD on I140, why?

I responded to the EVL,W2,1040 and Paystubs RFE, NSC received the response on 9/12 (LUD and message change saying Response to RFE received), I had two consecutive LUD's on 9/17 and 9/18 on both mine and spouse 485.

Today I see a 9/30 (Sunday) LUD on my I140.

Why is there an LUD on I140? appreciate your responses

Is your 140 approved?? I think there are many people have LUD on 9/30. IM thinking it might be a system update ?
