Hi,

I just sent my reply to RFE to TSC. Any ideas on how long I will be waiting until I hear back from them?

Thanks!

So, I finally got their RD message below. So, if I understand it right I should consider the date shown for TSC processing dates? that means that they're still stuck on Jan 19????

On June 21, 2006, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. However because preliminary processing was complete, the

If you have questions or concerns about your application or the case status results listed above, or if you have not received a decision or advice from USCIS within the projected processing time frame*, please contact the National Customer Service Center.

*The projected processing time frame can be found on the receipt notice that you received from the USCIS.

Generally it will be adjudicated within a months time after receiving RFE materials (there are exceptions though).
Good luck,

For my case, it took them only "one" day! I got the same LUD as you the day before the approval notice and the next day the second LUD that the case was approved! it depends on the case and the strenght of new documents you are sending. I guess the officer takes a quick look at the document and if he/she thinks they are satisfactory, he/she doesnt bother spending more time reading them and the case is approved!!!!!

Wow!

Which service center did you send your RFE to? Was your case for NIW or EA/OR?

Thanks!

It depends a lot on your officer than center!
lots of my colleauges got respons in 1-7 days.
watch out for your LUDs.....LUD means something in case of RFE response!!!

Thanks EB1doc! From which centers did they get the reply? also were all the responses positive?

NSC ..........fortunately most of them positive
On an average.........RFE means they are interested in ur case ....and thats why....they look for more evidence...
but yes...be realistic.......too.. there are friends in forum who waited for long !!
good luck with urs!!!

Yep, wait is all I can do right now!! I'm going to wait though at least a couple of weeks before deciding if I'm sending EA or not. the packet is almost done anyway, but if I can save $200 in fees it will be great! :D

My RFE response for EB1OR reached NSC on June 19. They sent me the same email as they sent to Fgsilva with a receive date of June 20. I have seen a LUD on June 22.

I am just anxiously hoping for the best.... It has been a stressful and very time consuming process for me given that my other application is in EB3... go figure

Congrats to the memebers of this forum who have recently received I140 or I485 approvals especially eb1doc the forum MVP, 2006gc etc. This forum has excellent information for everybody trying to get GC

WOw, I just checked your signature. YOu've been waiting for their response to your reply since ApriL! Well, I guess it's a matter of luck and depends on the person checking your case how long you're gonna be waiting to hear from them!

yeah NIW. Actually I appealed and then submit another NIW to the NSC. I may want to submit a EB1-OR, but I am not sure if I can do I EB1-OR without hiring a lawyer.
