RFE received on April 14th 2008 with notice date of April 8th.
Responded back on 23rd April 2008.
Status changed to approved on May 5th 2008.
Waiting for the paper approval

Finally, More than 4+ Months after sending the response on RFE my I140 is denied :(
Waiting for written note so can take the next step. thank you guys !!!
 
I got my I-140 approval today

I have good news: I got my I-140 approval today, May 21st.
Replied to RFE on Jan 24th.

I'm so happy and relieved now!
Goodluck to all of you guys!
