after receving the J1 waiver, what are the visa options?

hello, my girlfriend applied for her waiver mid-august, and got the favorable recommendation late nov of 2009. what we would like to know is, moving forward, what visa options does she have? she does not have a B.A. so we don't think she can be sponsored for an h1 visa. we are a little lost here, so any suggestions you can give us would be very helpful.

Having favorable recommendation and eventually the final J waiver from the USCIS will allow you to apply for almost any visa except another J visa or even extending the current J. If you qualify for H go ahead and apply, if you qualify for GC again go ahead and apply. Getting the waiver by itself will not offer you advantage to get the H or GC if you are not qualified.
