I am a non immigrant and me and gf are palnning to get married soon this year. She's still apllying her citizenship and it will take 3-6 mos for the process.

Lets just say, she has it already and petitioned me now. Question is, How long would it take for me to get a greencard? And am I allowed to travel back to my country, how long would it take..

It depends on many variables. 3-6 months on average, could be much longer.

If I married a man in Egypt is my divorced governed by Islamic laws. He say we are divorced. So I am a us citizen and we married in Egypt we are both in the Usa. Is our marriage desolved through Islam like he says. Our we divorced?
