After I-140 Approval...

The online-case status as well as, telephone staus remains unchanged.( Still showing

that application is pending). However My Lawyer received the approval Notice and my employer received the cc of the I-140 Approval notice. The case was approved on 6/12. NVC has not yet received the file.

Is it common ?. OR Any thing I can do to let BCIS to correct this. A friend of mine whise approval was 6/13 and, NVC got his file already. The case status also changed. I am a bit worried as the world of BCIS is not a regular one.

Please help...

Do not worry too much. Give them few more days and if you
have the NVC phone number try and contact them, instead of
depending on the online or the AVM.

If your attorney has received the approval notice. You don't have to worry about AVM.
