After getting Cards, do we need to get the Passport Stamped

Hi All,
Could any one please let me know, after receiving CARDS and Approval letter, DO I NEED TO GET STAMPED ON PASSPORT?

Reason why Iam asking is I am going to India this month end.


Got Emails on Jul 13
Got Cards and Approvals on Jul 20

Someone said in this forum that these days they wont even entertain any requests for stamping on the passport for the FC.
The Card is coming very quickly, so in extreme case where you card did not arrive in time, or the card got lost or damaged, you can get the stamping on the passport.

So enjoy your hassle free ride to India and back.

Hey,
Congratultaions . I dont think you have to get the 'Passport' stamped if you want to leave and reenter into USA, You can show your card at the port of entry and they will stamp your passport.
 
Congratulations!!! There is no need to get the passport stamped if you have already received your plastic cards.
 
No you don't need any stamps or anything on the passport, just take your physical green cards with you and enjoy the trip.
