After GC, When Can I sponsor for my parents ??

Hi,
I need to know when can I sponsor my parents after I get GC(EB2)??
I heard I can\'t sponsor my parents till the time I become citizen !
Is this correct ??
Can I apply for my parents\' GC, after applyinng for my citizenship ?
Or do I have to wait till I become Citizen ??

Also, can my parents come here on visitor visa, during the time the application is pending ??
and how much time does it take for them to get GC...?? any thoughts ??

GC holder can sponsor only spouse and kids under 21.
Only citizen can sponsor parents and siblings.
Even so, they need to wait for a long long time after the application is submitted.

Anyone can visit US if (s)he can makes the US consulate believe that (s)he has no intention to stay in US illegally.
