after GC received, how long not to travel?

Hi,
I have heard different things, regarding how long to stay in US once received GC. Is there such a dateline?
If so, I guess there would be not a problem to travel freely in the immediate time after GC approved?

I received it on Saturday and flew on Monday. I came back after 50 days and have been asked only two questions.
