After Fp-2 100% Chance To Approved Within 2WEEKS TO 3 Months???

485 RFE - Birth Certificate

I have recevied an RFE with 4 requirements one of them being birth certificate and other 3 are EVL,2 months earnings statements (i guess Pay stub) and 2 years Tax returns.

Please suggest what should i do on BC. Here is the actual verbage from RFE:

The birth certificate you initially provided did not list the name of the child born on January 18,1973 and as such is insufficient proof of your birth for immigration purposes. You must submit secondary evidence of your birth such as early medical records, early school records, early religious records and/or two affidavits. If affidavits.......

I orginally submitted a BC with my name hand written by the issuing officer. I dont know why that is not sufficient to USCIS. Do I need to submit all of the other alternate evidnece or just one or two is enough? Can my parents be the 2 affidavits. Please share your thoughts. Thanks

I think you may have to get 2 affidavits, one from your parents and other from any of your relatives. Also make sure you clearly mention in the affidavits that these affidavits are because the original BC is incorrect.
