After FP1 or Fp-2 Recently 100% Chance To Approved Within 2WEEKS TO 3 Months???

Is the theory that after FP-2 chances are that 100 % you could approved within two to three months time??? I see lot of approvals after FP-2 they approved within 2weeks to 3 months time. Am i wrong??? ofcourse there is some cases stuck but i want to know the real trend.

hi Diamonds

what does ur theory say about people who had only FP1 and got approved (In recent times most of the cases do not need second FP)

Yes, My mean is same, I mean Just fingerprint recently either F-1 or FP-2. Is it true after recent finger print we have chance 99 % to be approved within 2 weeks to 3 months time or am i wrong?????????

That theory is true for most of the cases, although this trend is not proven correct all the time.

Before i comment further, i already said clearly that in some cases this rule doesn't apply, specialy fingerprited before September 2004, I agree we cannot say 100% cases as i said some cases (stuck) but i think (most -not all cases) cases we see on this site had been approved within the 2 weeks to three months times, as per my research. Do you agrees friends??? (exceptions applies.)

There is something different about cases where FP is done after July 31st.

USCIS is sending FPs only when Name check is cleared, in other world they were just issueing FPs and after getting them, they were roasting there ass on that.

thats why most of the cases where FP (1/2) is done in aug/sep/oct/nov, name chec is already be done.

for those cases within 2 weeks to three months, you should get approval or RFE,but there will be some cases which would be proved to be unlucky and no to fall in these scene(I BET MINE WILL BE ONE OF THOSE

Does not apply to me

My ND is 11/2002. FP2 was on 7/2004. No approval or RFE yet. My lawyers say that they are seeing approval within 2 weeks to 6 months of FP2.

nov02-485,
As per my exprience, some cases they keep apart to check backgrounds and others things deeply, file goes one department to other, so naturaly it will takes time to approve, while they took easy case first and let them go???.

Monte Carlo

If logic dictates approvals from life would be a lot easier.

Predictions can made equally well/badly by tossing a dice with a million sides.

But the ability to estimate dates etc is what keeps our sanity I guess. Helps us feel somewhat in control of things.....
