I have just received notice of approval of my case of EB-1-1 (Alien of Extraordinary Ability). But still have some questions, can somebody help me please? :
1_How long does it take to get the plastic GC?
2_While waiting for the plastic GC, Do they issue a temporary document that certifies that the status has been changed and the GC is being issued.
2_Do I need to renew my Work permit (EAC) for the next year, or is no longer needed to work?
3_Do I need to request a new SS card without the statement "valid for work only with INS authorization".
4_Can I divorce my actual wife who also got her GC under my process, without harming her new status?
I know there are many questions but if you can help me with any of these, I will really appreciate it.
