I have a few questions to ask and hope some of y'all can help me out as always.
A friend of mine got denied after filing I-130/I-485 (family based) for failing to show up on his 3rd interview cos the wife( who i suspect have been on some drugs and have been confirmed by the officer in their 2nd interview) and was suppose to go on rehab. she has refused to go on rehab and this has prompted my friend to file for divorce.
He received a denial letter stating his case has been denied for not showing up for the 3rd interview. and he has 30 days(which has already expired) to appeal this case.he did not cos he already filed for divorce.
so my question is, is this gonna have any effect on him in the future when he re applies for AOS with his current wife who's a US Citizen and have been married to like almost a year.
he did not receive any removal or deportation notice frm USCIS.
Thanks in advance for ur inputs
