After CP - Help

Hi Gurus

My uncle got employment based green card using CP while he was in india. The counsulate people in chennai gave visa for 7 months. But when they arrived at JFK airport, they put a stamp on the passport saying that " PROCESSED FOR I-551 TEMPORARY EVIDENCE OF LAWFUL ADMISSION FOR PERMANENT RESEDENCE & VALID UNTIL SEP 25 2005, EMPLOYMENT AUTHORISED"


My question is what he has to do to apply for plastic card?

Nothing. The entry in US got him the PR. The process at POE will kick off the plastic card flow which will be sent on the address requested.
