1: After citizenship interview, in how many days we get passport?
2: To go to india, in how many days, we get that OCI or PIO card?
3: Without getting passport or OCI card, can we make a trip to india
for month or month and half?
4: what r other best options apart from OCI card?

You can US passport the same of your oath or next day with express processing.
You can't travel to India without US passport. As for OCI, it takes a few weeks to obtain.

I was told it takes approx 3 months to get the OCI card. Has the process become faster or did I hear something incorrect?

You'll either need to get an India visa with your US passport or wait until you get OCI in order to travel to India. An Indian Visa is faster to obtain than OCI in case your in a hurry to travel to India

Which state do you live currently?
Go to the google website and type "indian embassy consulate usa" and then check the website of Indian embassy/consulate that you live near or closer to (Jurisdiction area). You can find information on visa on the website.
