I still do not know what dates you are talking ..the sep bulletin still shows eb3 april 2001

yah! i am in world raw,,but i want to know when i recieve my pocket 4 ,,i already finished pocket 3,last year,,i am consular processing

I don't think anyone can accurately predict the date. However, it is in your best interest to be prepared for the consular interview starting September 01, 2006. Good luck.

Ali_Sabri, it seems you picked consular processing. I was about to do the same back on Jan 2005, when I applied for I-485 and EAD. Then I decided to stick with AOS. Well, it is my understanding that was the right decision, otherwise I would end up without EAD for myself and wife, what could be an additional source of terrible disappointment.

When did you apply for I-485 consular processing ?

Hi GC DREAMER,

Even I applied for CP and opted back to AOS becuase of EAD issues.My wife needs work auth being a Medico.I dont want to rely on CP and wait until the last minute to get that.
 
Really ? What happened when you reverted back to AOS ? Any additional delay ? Boy, ironically going through the AOS path has been one of my "good" decisions in this insane process.
