After approval what's next?

Hi! Got my I-140 "E" approval. I believe it will take about 3 weeks before I can check @ NVC if they have already received my case.

Now here's my question:

-How long will I wait for my packet 3?

-How long will it take for NVC to process my papers and forward it to the US consulate.

Hope anybody can help me with this one.
