After 7th Year

I am currently approching my 6th year on 15th June 2005 and have all ready filed for 7th year.

However, my labor is still pending in New York (DOL date Oct, 27th 2003)

That being said, after June 2006 (if my 7th year extention is approved) what are my options??

I saw many treads about 8th year extention, is it possible? If yes what are the criterias thats need to be matched?

- My current employer can file for new H1? (who has filed for GC and 7th year extension)

- Usually how does it take to get new H1?

- How about stamping the visa?

- My current employer can file for new H1? (who has filed for GC and 7th year extension) He can file 8th year extn not new h1

- Usually how does it take to get new H1? Why do you need new H1?????
- How about stamping the visa? Try out Canada/Mexico or your home country
