After 485 --> Passport Stamping FAQ summary

Our I-485 was approved on April 27th. We did not receive our approval notices yet, for me and my wife.

The issue is, my passport is about to expire and I am going to apply for a new passport today. I think it takes about 10 days to get my new passport.

I would like to know if you get a particular appointment date for stamping, or it is just Mon-Thur 7:30-10:30.
