After 485 approval, do you need a letter from employer whn you go for stamping. Thanks.

Three of my friends went for stamping recently. None were asked employment letters. But it is better to have an employment similar to one in your petition at the time of stamping. (Need not be with the sponsorer)

Required documents

The notice of approval will specify all the documents that you need to bring with you for stamping. The only thing they leave out and you should take is your AP (if you aplied and were approved) and your EAD.
