After 2fp ,can I do anything to help me get approve faster??

Never contact senetor, should I contact them? or anything can help, please share?
I have read a message about applying EAD to push INS do something on my case, and I believe it work, cause after I applied for EAD, few weeks later, they issue me 2fp notice.
 
I applied for 3rd EAD in Dec, RD 12-23-03. Still awaiting for something. At least 2nd FP. I don't know how to get that. Looking at the approval trend, without a 2nd FP no go. My 3rd EAD application hasn't done anything to me so for. How long did you have to wait after applying for EAD and receive the FP notice.
