After 2 denied! What would happen next???

My case is EB3-Other, PD: 04/19/01 (245i sub)
I-140 had denied (ability to pay)
I-140 reopend: 04/27/05
I-140 approved (the next day):04/28/05.
I-485 RD:10/19/04
FP:08/26/05
I-485 denied (used 245i sub):05/25/06
MTR: RD:06/05/06 ND:06/12/06
I485 reopened: 07/26/06
LUD:07/27/06,08/01/06,08/06/06
After 2 denied, one for I-140, the other for I-485, What do you think would happen next ? ...approve? or another deny?
When my case will be in-line for the process?
How long it will take?

Can you please provide the reason for the denial and your response (MTR)? If you are from India, the PD should move up again in FY 2007 which is Oct 2006 so even if they do not process your case now, as its past the cut off date, that shouldn't matter too much. Although I think in your case they will start working on it immediately.

No, I am not from india.
The reason for my I-485 denial was because I used a 245i labor sub and they said I were not qualified to do so. Then I responsed that I do have a 245i approved labor certificate on my name but with a different sponser. Therefore, I am qualified to use the 245i labor sub with the new sponser.
