After 13 months I got my approval..

My I-140 got approved. Substitution case..EB2

got an RFE on 09/29/2003, replied for it on 10/05/2003, USCIS received it on 10/20/2003 and it got approved on 11/13/2003.

I didn't receive my EAD yet. Still Waiting for it...

what RFE ?

Patpat - could you kindly state what kind of RFE u got, I and I think there are lots of people here who got RFE's and that would really help to know what we all should be prepared of.

Mine was a substitution case. The original labour got approved in March 2001. The RFE asked me to show an experience of 6 months until that point of time. I don't know what's the deal with the 6 months period.


Also, they asked for an education evaluation. The person whose labour approval i substituted, had a bachelors degree, i have a MCA(Masters in computer Applications).
