affiliate money from website?

Hi. I have a website set up in my home country (S. Korea) but the main visitors are from the US (Korean-Americans or Korean students here in the US).

If I get some money through website affiliate programs such as Amazon.com or CJ.com, does that going to be a problem for me? Is it sort of an employment or not? I read here that ebay selling is not a problem, but am wondering about my own website.

Also, does anyone know whether I can set up a company on F-1 visa?

Thanks in advance.

You can run a company in your own country (registered in your home country, pay tax there) , the money must go to your home country bank account directly.

From that account you can bring money for your for your expenses.
