Hello friends,

I have a friend who intend to help me filling Affidevit Support. He sponsored his niece last year. Is he again eligible for sponsor ? Can any one sponsor two years in a row ? Which form do he has to file ? I-486 ?

Please help me where I can find detailed guidelines ? Thanks.
 
there is no such thing as I-486 affidavit. I-134 is used for DV cases. Do a search, I gave you the website already. You'll find the form and the instructions.
