Hi,
I am marrying USC...The question about I-864, my spouse(who is the sponsor) just started working, he doen't have previous tax returns as he was in medical school.So can I be the Joint sponsor.But We live in different states,does that matter? Can Someone tell me how it works?Is the 125% income level is what we make every year without tax cut? Please help

The sponsored immigrant cannot be a joint sponsor. I-864 clearly defines who can be a joint sponsor.
