I’m a DV-2005 (AS8xxx) winner and going to be interviewed in July. I’m the principal applicant and participated in the lottery with my husband .I’ve got two questions regarding affidavit of support.
1-Which affidavit form should be submitted for me and my husband (I-134 or I-864)? Actually I’ve heard I-134 should be used. Please let me know if I’m wrong.
2-How many forms of affidavit should be submitted to the consulate?
According to the (I-134) instruction a separate affidavit must be submitted for each person, but in I-134 the name of spouse to join sponsored person should be written, so do you think still we have to submit 2 separate affidavit forms for each one of us?
