The birth affidavits should be signed in the presence of whom? Advocate or magistrate. In OF169, it says affidavits should be signed in the presence of someone authorized to administer oaths. Who is that ?
My mother is in US now. Can She sign the affidavit in presence of US notary? Is it advisable to do in presence of US notary? Is this going to cause any problems? thanks for your help.
