I am applying for OCI for my wife who is a US citizen and born in Africa. However her parents have India birth certificate, education certificate and copies of their naturalization certificates. The last document in the list is Affidavit, which I am confused about. Does anyone have a template or even few words that I need to put in there?
Also I am sending regular black and white photocopies of all the docs. Has anyone had problems with it?
