Hi, I received approval for both my parents I130,as i am USC.Question is as I am stay home dad for now and my wife is only working ,so which number of affidavit of support that is I864 we have to submit as i am the petitioner for I130. Also do we have to wait for the package send by NVC for the affidavit of support or i can go ahead and fill out the required affidavit of support and mail it. My 88$ fee has already been cashed . Thanks in advance.

You need to fill out a I-864 and your wife will need to fill out I-864A, remember you pay only one fee for both parents for AOS.

Print the barcode page that you had when you paid the AOS fee, you don't have to wait for NVC package, fill one up, attach the page with the barcode and send it to NVC.

Thanks namecheckvictim, can u please also tell me that is the 88$ fee is the fee for AOS or its some thing different.Where i have to pay the AOS fee and how much. Thanks

$88 is for AOS, the $400 fee is the immigrant visa fee that they will send you the invoice for once the AOS is accepted.

That is $400 for each parent.
