Does the affidavit of support need to filed with teh I130 or later when asked for? Filing for mother over 60 years of age.

You do not need to submit I-864 form right now. Once the prioirty data is about to be current, the NVC will notify you to submit the fee bill and I-864 form..

If you are filing the I-130 concurrently with the I-485, the I-864 also needs to be included.
