My wife who is a american citizen doesnt work....I am in H1b and can work 40 hrs a week and earn more than 125% of the poverty guidelines.do i still need affidavit of support please advice cos i can support myself and my american wife

Your question is not clear...do you still need AOS? That's totally upto you, if you want to apply for AOS or not?

Regarding the affidavit of support; YES you do need it from a USC (wife or any other relative). Also you need your wife's past tax returns.

now with her zero income can it be accepted as a support....?

and if include my income its easily over the income set by uscis....will that be acceptable...?

can you let me know what forms i need to file and what forms she has to...
