I had my interview and my petition was approved but we have to send in new affidavits of support. My husband is between jobs right now and we have another sponsor to make up the difference. I've been waiting for his 1040 report from the IRS forever now and I'm trying to get the rest of the affidavit filled out because I'm running out of time.
My questions are,
What does my husband put for the "I am employed in the business of " ____ with _______ since he is currently between jobs? He does have his own small business but its new and we don't file taxes for it until later this year.
Also, since we have a second sponsor am I considered wholly dependant or partially dependant on my husband?
