Affidavit of Support Question

I am a DV2008 winner and will be doing AOS. I have a question regarding affidavit of support.

Do I need to make one for me as well as one for my spouse or is it just for the primary applicant?

Is this something that needs to be sent along with the I-485 forms or something that we need for the AOS interview?
