Quick question guys. My father USC is sponsoring son, over 21. We're filling out I-485 and all those fancy forms. Just like to know if my father can fill out I-864 EZ as he qualifies for all 3 conditions
ie. 1) He is the petitioner who filed I-130
2) I am the only relative stated in the I-130 petition
3) He meets the 125% poverty line income.
The only reason why i am asking this is because in the tax form, the gross income is stated as both my father and my mother's income. We are including the IRS transcript, but I am not too sure if we should fill out I-864 EZ or I-864. As my mom is not the sponsor, but her incomes is reported in the federal income tax.
Please advise.
