What kind of responsibilities does it really bring for one who signs it? What if the person who signs it doesn't in fact provide support and the person who was supposed to receive the support, gets public assistance...? does anybody know?

read the last page of the instructions....don't dare to withdraw support for the person, you can be sued.

Somebody dropped the support on behalf a close friend of mine and she is looking to find a way to report him. how can that be done???
